BOB

FOUNDER, CEO, DESIGN DIRECTOR

Robert, known by most as Bob, is the founder, CEO, and Design Director of Ray Munn Kitchens. He has been in the kitchen retail sector for 30 years. He has worked for several well-respected bespoke kitchen companies in the UK before finally deciding 12 years ago to open his own kitchen retail company.

With a degree in Art & Design, designing kitchens remains his favourite part of the job. He still gets excited about the creative process of designing a space for a client — “it's a great feeling to see clients fall in love with the plans you've worked so hard on together”.

According to Bob, their clients love their designs, project management, and pragmatic advice. If he has one piece of advice to clients, it would be this: work with a true professional who has worked in the industry for a long time. These people will be able to guide them best through the relatively complex kitchen renovation processes.

When he's not busy at work, Bob makes digital abstract art as an additional way to express himself creatively (and because it helps him keep his mind sharp!). He's also an avid jazz fan and goes to jazz gigs all over Europe. Interestingly, due to his love for jazz, he recently discovered that he looks like Adrian Dunbar, aka H from Line Duty — all because he was asked twice if he knew it when he visited the Cork Jazz Festival in Ireland!

Jason Kitchen Designer

JASON

KITCHEN DESIGNER

Jason has been a kitchen designer at Ray Munn Kitchens for 12 years and in that time, he's designed some stunning kitchens, including this stunning one for British-Canadian television personality Debbie Travis!

Even after 12 years Jason never tires of seeing the happy faces of clients when they see their new kitchen for the first time.

According to Jason, what sets Ray Munn Kitchens apart from the competition is that we are a small, independent business with a lot of freedom to adapt quickly as trends change — whether with displays, suppliers, or everything in between.

If you're thinking of having a new kitchen designed, Jason has one piece of advice: Don't be talked out of going for the colour, style, or worktop that you REALLY like. Yes, it is important to listen to advice, but at the end of the day, you must go with your heart, and you'll be sure to love your new kitchen for years to come!

Here's a fun fact: When he's not spending time with his wonderful family, he's following his second love (in his words) the best football team ever: "Geddon you Janner"!

Jerry

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXPERT

Jerry has been with us for seven years and is our resident business development expert. He's built relationships with some of the biggest names in the industry, including architects, developers, and interior designers. Still, Jerry's favourite thing about his work is seeing the joy on our customers' faces when their new kitchen is finally installed.

According to Jerry, what sets us apart from other kitchen companies is our strong project management skills. We'll work closely with you from start to finish to ensure that your kitchen renovation runs smoothly and looks exactly how you envisioned it. And if you're ever feeling indecisive about your design choices, just remember that Jerry is always here to help.

One tip that Jerry always gives his clients is to be brave with their colour choices. He's seen too many people play it safe with neutral colours when they could have much more fun with their space. So go ahead and experiment with those bold hues — you might just be surprised at how much you love them!

Here's a fun fact: Jerry LOVES languages. He's currently relearning French online and plans to start learning Spanish soon. In his spare time, he enjoys playing rugby and rowing — two sports requiring teamwork, precision, and a lot of stamina. Sound like someone you want on your side during a kitchen renovation? We thought so.
