Q: Do you offer a bespoke service?

A: All our projects are bespoke – every kitchen we supply is produced and fitted to order. However, we also offer a custom design and manufacturing service which sees furniture created to a specific scale, style and finish, to suit not only the architectural proportions of your home, but also your on individual needs and tastes.

Q: Do you have any customer testimonials?

A: Yes, our customer feedback and comments can be found here.

Q: How much do I need to spend on my new kitchen?

A: This is down to a combination of factors to include kitchen size, works required prior to fit and the type and style of furniture you would like. Our consultation service, coupled with a thorough site survey will help us to establish exactly what's required; we can then provide you with a range of cost options.

Q: Do you offer supply only on kitchen furniture?

A: The quality of our furniture and our reputation depends heavily on our furniture being professionally fitted using our own, well proven, fitting teams. As such, the installation of your new kitchen is an integral part of the overall cost.

Q: Do we have to buy our appliances though Ray Munn Kitchens?

A: We are happy for you to source and supply your own appliances. However, we will need to know what appliances, detailing the exact models you have opted for during the design process and prior to any furniture being ordered, since this dictates electrical and plumbing requirements as well as the size of cabinets. We regret that we are unable to store your appliances, and as such, appliances would need to arrive on site, prior to the furniture fitting process.

Q: Can I use my own worktop supplier?

A: Of course - we would need all contact details so that we can work closely with the worktop supplier to ensure the perfect end result. Given our longevity in business, it might well be the case that we have a more competitive contact who we already work with.

Q: How long does a kitchen project take?

A: This depends on the scale of project and the amount of pre-installation work required. Generally speaking, a custom made in-frame kitchen will take around 12 weeks from the initial deposit and order, through to a completed installation. One of our Italian kitchens, from order to installation would take around eight weeks.

Q: Can you undertake additional furniture requirements?

A: Today's kitchens are very much family living spaces and with that in mind, we can create shelving, book casing, bench seating, TV cabinets, work stations, wall panelling and matching internal doors, to name but a few!

Q: What's the benefit of a custom made, bespoke kitchen?

A: It’s very much a matter of taste and budget. The high levels of cabinetry construction, quality of materials used and the components, such as dovetailed drawer boxes, will ensure that the kitchen will last for many, many years. New handles and worktops, along with a new painted finish could re-invent your kitchen in future years. Given this, you could say that a custom made, bespoke kitchen makes for a better long-term investment, especially if it’s your 'forever home.'
